The Incons factory is located in the Industrial Park of Laúndos, in Póvoa de Varzim.

The basis of the intervention is the existing building consisting of two floors, where an administrative area and an industrial nave are distributed. The proposal is based on two key ideas: the expansion of the existing nave at the level of floor, increasing the productive capacity of the industrial unit and allowing, at the same time, the creation of a lower floor / basement that works as an exhibition space; the definition of a structure / path that, in addition to assuming itself as a disciplining element of space, allows the articulation between the existing administrative area and the new complementary spaces that appear punctually along this path (floor 1) and the factory itself (floor 0). It is also proposed a new volume, smaller and complementary to the rest of the program, which houses a restaurant and which is also linked to the main building through the structure / path.
