This is a space conditioned to the existing, specially to the structural part.
The proposal aims to the definition of three areas: a central, common, reception and living area; the area of beauty rooms; and a hairdressing area. The intervention “detaches” itself from the entire surrounding space, with the services and support areas functioning as spaces for circulation between the existing and the new elements.
In terms of finishes, the intention was to reinforce this strategy by working in a
differentiated way the existing (surrounding) and the proposed.
