The Serpa Plan is an intervention project in pre-existing public buildings as an authentic record, in the search for a global identity, an overall image, in the relationship between the different buildings and the city, transforming the previous EB1 Schools, the municipal market and the Cine-Teatro de Serpa in places of reference and opportunities.

The strategy of dynamizing the different buildings with multifunctional spaces and the local character associated with the proposed programs, present themselves as a starting point for a new, more productive and experimental design.
