Quinta de Santana is a housing complex located near Moledo’s beach (Viana do Castelo, Portugal). Composed of 16 houses of different typologies (T3 and T4), the set takes advantage of the gentle slope of the ground, ensuring that all the houses enjoy the sea view.
It is a compact set that values the relationship with the exterior but also with the interior, where are defined several garden/access areas, that are assumed as a kind of large courtyard that structures and distributes the houses.
The project is characterized by a careful and minimal atmosphere. Inside of the houses, no detail was overlooked, from the furniture’s to the equipment’s choice. It is a space that privileges the relationship with outside, through the large windows that open over the landscape.
